These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your purchase and use of products and services offered under the Palo Alto Peps brand, operated by 209PEPS LLC(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Not for human or veterinary use. All products are supplied strictly as reference materials for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You agree not to use, resell, or represent any product for human or animal consumption.

No medical claims. We make no representation that any product is safe or effective for any use in humans or animals. Any information provided is for research reference only and is not medical advice.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher or affiliated with a research institution to purchase. By ordering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that receipt and use of the products is lawful in your jurisdiction.

You may check out as a guest or with an account. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may accept card payment online or, for local meetup and delivery, cash in person. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, and to correct pricing or availability errors, at our discretion.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Where local meetup or delivery is offered, arrangements are made after the order is placed. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

Because these are research reagents, sales are final except where a product arrives damaged or incorrect. A signed-in customer may file a delivery claim tied to their own order; claims are reviewed and resolved at our discretion.

You assume all risk and liability arising from your handling, storage, and use of the products, and you agree to indemnify and hold 209PEPS LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use or misuse of the products in violation of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute is Stanislaus County, California.
